Born in Manhattan and raised in the Catskill Mountains, Michelle has motivated thousands of audiences around the world about the impact of stress on health, and human happiness. She holds a graduate degree in Health and Risk Communication from Cornell University and has won numerous awards from national organizations in her field of influence.  Michelle also holds dual-BA degree in English, Literature, and Rhetoric and Political Science from Binghamton University's Harpur College, where she was a Presidential Scholar, Scripps-Howard Foundation Scholar, and her class Commencement Speaker.  Michelle is also a certified *NLP Life Coach for Stress Reduction, an internationally-certified Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Critical Incident Stress and Trauma Expert and Group Conflict Negotiatior.
