Trust me, I know what it’s like to “burn the candle at both ends.” That’s why I’m so perfectly situated to help overworked, busy visionaries learn how to slow down and press re-set so they can live their happiest, healthiest lives, without compromising their values, and helping them make simple course corrections so they can prioritize their self-care and overall happiness. “Michelle helped me awaken my divine purpose, so I could get laser-focused and crystal-clear about how I wanted to expend my time, money and energy. She worked with me 1:1 and with our group in an amazing intensive retreat in the gorgeous Finger Lakes - it was simply divine.”

Learn Meditation & Reiki
I offer easy-to-learn meditation training and intuitive, energetic Reiki - a Japanese form of hands-on energy healing passed down from ancient teachers and healers. As an internationally-certified and trained NLP Master Coach and Practitioner for Health and Wellness, meditation teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, stress reduction expert and group conflict negotiator, I love teaching beginning meditation, which is easy to learn, and provides a lifetime of healing. For me, it's not as much about “clearing your mind,” but rather, paying attention to your thoughts. The benefits of meditation don't end when your meditation session ends, either! Meditation can help carry you more calmly through your day and may help you manage symptoms of certain medical conditions, according to the Mayo Clinic.
I’ve taught children and adults of all ages, in historical community centers, at retreats, in preschools, inside K-12 schools, within colleges and universities, in juvenile detention centers and prisons, with corporations, start-ups, government entities, and more.
